As a Bikram Instructor with thirteen years of teaching experience and a sixteen-year yoga practice, I’ve encountered a wide variety of teaching styles and techniques. I firmly believe that a strong background in anatomical comprehension is critical to teaching an informative and effective class.

Graduating from the Bikram Teacher Training course in the spring of 2006 left me hungry for a deeper grasp of the human body and and its inner workings. In search of such awareness, I enrolled at The Swedish Institute in 2008 and completed a three-year intensive course of study rooted heavily in anatomical fundamentals.

Since 2013, I’ve been studying under Gil Hedley, PhD in his world-renowned Somanautics Workshops anatomy labs.
